JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to execute, review and promote the total MRF sales & distribution activities for Milk & Milk Products by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, Execute & Promote the MRF business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
• Build the MRF team in scope towards achieving the organization objective.
• Create the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility.
• Product management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)
• Sales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals).
• Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.
• Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.
• Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
• Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
• Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
• Build and deploy effective marketing plan and execution of BTL activities.
• Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints/feedback.
• Ensure timely supply of products with minimum leakages, damages & transit losses.
• Daily, periodical MIS reports.
• Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,
• Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 15 - 18 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Industries with min 2-3 yrs experience at Head level

Education: MBA Graduate/ PGDM

Preferably Male Candidates only
