1. Responsible for forecasting and drawing manpower plan in line with the budgetary projections.
a) Responsible to forecast manpower requirement, drawing manpower plan for effective productivity.
b) Responsible to coordinate with HR pertaining to vacant positions.
c) Responsible to prepare list of new joining & resigned employees list on monthly basis.
d) Responsible to ensure the joining formalities & Induction programs to the new entrants.
e) Responsible to maintain Performance appraisal from time to time of all assigned packing stations and sending them in time to the Corporate HR in coordination with Regional Head.
2. Responsible for Daily Monitoring of Time Office functions.
a) Responsible to update the Attendance on day-to-day basis.
b) Responsible to regular monitoring of unauthorized absenteeism.
c) Responsible to identify, prepare the list of latecomers on day-to-day basis and submit the report.
d) Responsible to maintain registers like Muster Rolls, O.T. Registers, Wage Registers & Leave Registers etc.
e) Responsible to provide Monthly attendance summary along with Leaves status and LOP details to corporate office as per the schedule.
f) Responsible for regular checking of Security Gate movement Registers like Visitors Register, Staff & Casual movements Registers and Security Attendance etc.
3. Responsible to Monitor Contract Labour and Security Services.
a) Responsible to maintain the agreements of Casual contractor, transport contractors, security contractors and any other agreements as per requirements and ensure their renewals from time to time.
b) Responsible to Coordinate with Unit Incharges and identify the required manpower from time to time and ensure the required manpower is available.
c) Responsible for verification of contract labour and security services bills as per the agreement/piece rate calculations and ensure the payment as per scheduled in coordination with F&A Team.
d) Responsible to monitor all statutory compliance and records of contractors as per statutory requirements and to verify the remittance of the PF and ESI on time.
e) Responsible to regular monitoring security services and verification security check list from time to time.
f) Responsible to ensure accurate administration of all relevant registers and records of Contract Labour and Security Services.
g) Responsible to identify the new labour contractors in case of requirements.
h) Ensure the cordial relations among the Direct & Indirect Teams.
4. Responsible to Coordinate & Implement Training & Development Programs.
a) Responsible to Coordinate with concern Unit Incharge, identify employee-training needs as per the schedule.
b) Responsible to coordinate and implement Annual Training Calendar as per the schedule and submit report to the Corporate HR in coordination with Regional Head.
c) Responsible for all administrative arrangements while conducting meetings/training programmes.
5. Responsible to coordinate and ensure all Statutory Compliances of packing stations.
a) Responsible to maintain & update all Statutory Compliance pertaining to Factories Department, PCB, Labour, Boiler and Electricity departments etc., as per the schedule.
b) Responsible to Coordinate & ensure timely renewal of Licenses, authorizations and certifications as per the schedule without any deviation.
c) Responsible to coordinate & liaison with concern authorities make all statutory payments & timely submission of returns as per the schedule without any deviation.
d) Responsible to attend legal implication of PFA and other statutory compliances.
6. Responsible for Safety of men and machinery in the unit.
a) Ensure the safety of men and machinery by ensuring the safety norms in line with SOPs.
b) Responsible to constitute the Safety Committee and conduct the Safety meetings
c) Ensure the AMCs for all the machinery available in plant in coordination with Regional
Head / Unit Incharge.
7. Responsible for House Keeping, plant Hygiene and conduct of Medical Health camps for Employees.
a) Ensure the House Keeping of entire unit in tidy round the clock.
b) Responsible for organizing the Medical Health camps in coordination with Regional Head and Unit Incharge.
c) Ensure that no employee or contract labour personnel shall carry or chew pan parag / tobacco /cigarette into the unit.
8. Responsible to coordinate in General administration.
a) Responsible to monitor & maintain good rapport with all concern and ensure the discipline among the employees.
b) Responsible to monitor daily activities of administrative jobs in the unit/ region .
