Job Description

The Incumbent shall be responsible for overall Contractual manpower, Statutory Compliances of ID personnel across HFL units.

- Daily monitoring of Contract Labour and Security Services.
- Forecasting and drawing manpower plan in with the budgetary projections.
- Coordinate and ensure all Statutory Compliances of ID personnel (PF, ESIC, GST, WC, Insurances, Licenses, Grievances, Manpower supply in line with operations etc.,)
- Execute all General administration activities of ID personnel.

- MHRM or MBA (HR) with 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- Multi locations handling experience from Corporate Office.
- Well versed with statutory compliances & strong ER/IR exposure.
- Very good liasoning, communication and drafting skills.
- Commuter Savvy with good MS-Office skills.
- Age group: 33-35 years

Salary: INR 4,25,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
